Hay Al Luban project is one of the national initiatives for integrated residential neighborhood projects aimed at building a residential neighborhood with modern specifications. The project contains buildings of various sizes that meet the aspirations of its residents and ensure family stability. Hay Al Luban is a luxury residential complex located in Halban in the Wilayat of Nakhl and consists of 1,442 residential units designed with an architectural character inspired by Omani nature, where tranquility, privacy, and quality of life prevail.
