Data we collect

Browsing the Site requires no account and no sign-in, and we collect no payment or banking data through it. The data we collect is limited to the following:

• Data you provide voluntarily when submitting a contact form, a booking request or a job inquiry: your name, phone number, email address (optional) and message, together with the page you submitted the request from and your browsing language.
• Technical data recorded automatically in server logs for operation and security: IP address, browser type, time of visit and the pages requested.

How we use your data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes only:

• Responding to your inquiries and contacting you about the projects and units you expressed interest in.
• Following up on booking requests and arranging appointments and viewings.
• Operating and securing the Site and improving its experience.
• Complying with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable in the Sultanate of Oman.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it to send marketing messages without your consent.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting any form on the Site, to the extent necessary to act on your request, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the Site — in all cases within the limits permitted by law.

Sharing data with third parties

We disclose your personal data to no third party except in the following cases:

• Technical service providers that host the Site or run its infrastructure, to the extent necessary for their work and bound by data confidentiality.
• Competent governmental or judicial authorities where the law requires it.

Operating the Site may require storing data on secure servers with a hosting provider outside the Sultanate of Oman; when it does, we observe the safeguards the law prescribes for transferring and protecting personal data.

Cookies and local storage

The Site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party analytics tools. It is limited to the following:

• A single functional cookie that remembers the browsing language you chose, for one year, so the Site opens in your language on later visits.
• Your browser's local storage keeps small preferences — such as remembering that you closed the contact popup — and this information stays on your device and is never sent to us.

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings; the only effect is that your language preference is no longer remembered.

Embedded third-party services

Some pages of the Site rely on external services that operate under their providers' own privacy policies:

• Videos are shown through the YouTube player in its privacy-enhanced mode, which limits tracking cookies; their thumbnails load from YouTube's servers.
• Interactive maps load from an external map provider (OpenFreeMap), which receives your device's IP address when the map is displayed — as with any content your browser loads from the internet.
• WhatsApp contact buttons open a conversation in the app, and that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep the contact data you send us for as long as needed to follow up on your request and manage our relationship with you, or for the period the law requires, and then delete or anonymize it. Technical server logs are deleted periodically as part of log rotation.

Your rights over your data

Oman's Personal Data Protection Law grants you rights over your data, including:

• Accessing the data we hold about you and obtaining a copy of it.
• Requesting that your data be corrected or updated.
• Requesting that your data be deleted.
• Withdrawing your consent to processing at any time.
• Requesting the transfer of your data to another party where applicable.

Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypting the connection to the Site over HTTPS and restricting data access to authorized staff. While no transfer of data over the internet is free of risk, we make a point of asking you only for the minimum data necessary.

Children's privacy

The Site's services address adults interested in real-estate transactions, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If you learn that a minor has provided us with their data, contact us so we can delete it.
