The Hayy Majd project in the Wilayat of Sohar, North Al Batinah Governorate, will form a self-contained, integrated community comprising over 1,000 residential units in addition to commercial facilities and vast, spacious green spaces to provide high-quality housing. The project offers a variety of housing unit alternatives with varying spaces to grant beneficiaries the widest range of options. Majd City was designed to enhance community cohesion through a collaborative design that suits people's current aspirations. Hayy Al Majd will feature various independent detached villas of 5 and 6 bedrooms with diverse spaces, different semi-detached villas varying by the number of rooms (4), townhouses with 4-bedroom options, as well as apartments varying in space and number of rooms with designated parking for each apartment.
